Well it was time to make a few more freezer meals. Besides the fact that we had blown through most of ours in the past couple months, I have so many friends with new babies arriving soon and I want to have plenty of things to take to them!  My Mom is scheduled to have neck surgery the week of Thanksgiving and I wanted to make sure she is good to go on meals for a while.

Owen and I picked up the essentials yesterday during our shopping trip and today we created a disaster in the kitchen. Can’t wait to test out some of these meals!
