My baby is sick and it’s so hard to watch! Little monkey man started out with a cough last week which developed into a deep-chested cough with lots of yuckiness in the nasal area…

A few coughing fits over the past weekend led to him throwing up and he just acted pathetic. We made the trip to the doc today and they confirmed what I thought…just a cold. There isn’t much we can do at this point besides monitor him and hope that it doesn’t move into his lungs. At least he is acting like he’s feeling much better so I think he is hopefully on the upside of this nasty summer cold.

On another note, we enjoyed sitting outside this evening under the trees out front. Bob joined us and was really enjoying rolling around on the ground with Owen. The two of them were quite entertaining.
