Charles, Rob and Kristin have been working REALLY hard to get all the Christmas decor up and ready. When you have hundreds of feet of fenceline, multiple buildings, odd work schedules and some not-so-cooperative weather, you must plan ahead. Here are just a few pics of preparations around the farm.

We decided to do our usual icicle lights along the fences and of course some lights around the barn. This year, we went with a “Snoopy’s Dog House” theme at the kennel, complete with a 10 foot inflatable Snoopy for the roof.

Inside our house, we had to get creative as far as baby-proofing the tree went. A $20 garden fence at Lowe’s, screws in the trim (don’t worry, they will be patched later!), some tractor-shaped lights and some bows, and VOILA!
