Last year we had a sick little boy on Halloween. It was a pretty awful beginning of a virus that lasted almost two weeks for Owen and included one trip to Children’s Healthcare and three visits to our pediatricians office. Fast forward to 2015, and we have a sick little Charlotte! What gives?

We did get to do a quick trip up to the Hickory Flat shopping center in Canton for their “Trunk or Treat.” We went early and stayed for just a bit before coming back home and cozying up in the living room with the fireplace going. By the next morning, Charlotte was just a congested mess. After having her trial day of school last week, I guess this is only considered “initiation.”

So, we went to the doctor Tuesday and Little Miss has a double ear infection and an eye infection. She’s doing better on her meds and I’m hoping she will be able to try another round of school tomorrow…we shall see!
