For Christmas, I surprised Charles with a heating/air unit for his music room, which is the apartment above the warehouse. The room needed some TLC as it had be half completed by the previous owners and then left. The window to the warehouse was missing, the air unit had been taken and the room itself was filthy. There was several years worth of dead bugs and dirt caked on the windows and the stairs leading up to the room.

I spent several days working on scrubbing the windows, trim, vacuuming, mopping, etc. Once that was complete and the HVAC unit was installed, we brought in some furniture and rugs (to help with acoustics). Lastly, the guitars all found their appropriate places in their new home!
