We made our trek to the island this Fall. It was a much needed vacation and we were so happy to have the Eanes join us. We spent the days riding bikes, enjoying the beach and eating some great meals. It’s a bit different now, traveling with kids, but it was still a wonderful trip. We had a blast and even got to celebrate Owen’s 2nd birthday there.

Landon and Owen shared a room…which we were all a bit anxious about, but it turned out great. They would wake up in the mornings and chat to each other. It was pretty cute hearing them on the monitor. Charlotte slept in our closet {it was a HUGE closet} and decided she would wake up every two or three hours….all damn week. We were exhausted by the time we packed up to head home.

These memories will last a lifetime. I hope we can do it again each year.
